Thai Tuna Salad

Step into Southeast Asia with this crunchy collection of fresh veggies and Thai-spiced tuna.


1 Medium carrot
10 Sugar snaps
1/4 Mango
1 Bunch coriander
Tuna in thai chilli sauce
1tsp Sesame oil
100g Mayonnaise
1tsp Sesame seeds
30g Peanuts
Onion seeds


  1. Shred the carrot, sugar snaps and mango.
  2. Toast the sesame seeds and mix with the mayonnaise and sesame oil.
  3. Toast and chop the peanuts.
  4. Build the shredded veg and mango as a base.
  5. Add torn coriander leaves.
  6. Top with the tuna in Thai chilli sauce.
  7. Dress with the mayonnaise and garnish with peanuts and onion seeds.
