The users rights is the foundation of the GDPR. Each EU/EEA citizen has a right to access personal data about themselves, rectification, restriction of processing and to be forgotten.
Right to access personal data
At any point you can contact us to request that the information we may hold about you, whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed

You have the right to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold about you. We will provide the information free of charge and within 30 days, except in the event that the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case we reserve the right to charge a proportionate administration fee or refuse.

Right to be forgotten

Be aware that requesting deletion, unlike unsubscribing from specific emails, is total and irreversible. 3. Personal data we collect and for what purpose
We do not actively collect any information that may be considered personal through entering and using our website.
We do however collect, and store information actively sent through our contact page: Name, email address and any other information submitted in the message-field of the contact form. The submitted information is consensual. This information is stored for the sole purpose of handling customer service, specific to the sender and the purpose of the senders’ request. The information will not be used for any other purpose, such as marketing. Further, the information will never be shared with third parties.
When contacted with an enquiry, King Oscar AS will hold the entity name and contact details only for the purposes of handling the enquiry.
The online forms are subject to the same cookies and tracking as the rest of our Website (see the below section “IP addresses and Cookie Policy” for more information).
Calls made to us may be recorded to protect the interests of all parties. Call records are deleted after 90 days unless needed for ongoing actions.
